The intelligent servo electric hoist is an ergonomically designed material handling equipment, which consists of servo driver, servo motor, planetary reducer, sensor and related structural parts and is controlled by microprocessor. It has the features of easy operation, high precision, intelligence, controllable speed, safety and reliability, fast response speed, high working level of M5 and above.

The picking device of the electric hoist is equipped with slings, clamps and suction cups, and the control is equipped with coaxial pressure handle, coaxial sliding handle, full touch handle, continuous variable transmission (CVT) handle, wireless remote controller. According to different operating conditions, various functions can be set through the expansion port to realize customized services.

The intelligent servo electric hoist can be operated flexibly and conveniently to reach higher efficiency and the balance mode can be switched easily without any adjustment.

Operating mode of the intelligent servo electric hoist includes manual mode, suspending mode and external handle.

a.Manual mode: Equipment will be in the manual mode only when the user hold the handle or press the button of the external handle. The handle will sense the force direction and magnitude of the operator's hand and make corresponding speed and direction adjustments. The force magnitude determines the speed of the equipment.

b.Suspending mode: When a user switches to “suspending mode”through the button, the up and down movement of the load can be realized by just holding the hold.

c.The external handle is an optional part and is generally not assembled together with the coaxial handle. There are two buttons on the handle, which respectively control the up and down movement of the equipment. Different from the buttons of traditional equipment, this button can control the speed of the equipment according to the pressed distance to realize continuous variable transmission (CVT).
